GROOMING POLICY
1. By scheduling an appointment, you ensure that your waiting time is greatly minimized. However, this appointment does not always eliminate your wait.
2. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that verbal appointments will be honored in a timely manner. Therefore, all appointments should be made using this website, www.iamtimothyrogers.com
3. All appointments must be made at least 2 hours prior to your desired appointment time.
4. Please try to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
5. There is a standard 10 minute grace period for all scheduled appointments. After 10 minutes, OR without proper communication of schedule delays PRIOR TO your appointment time, you will be serviced as a walk-in based on time availability.
6. ALL CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE AT LEAST 4 HOURS NOTICE PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. THIS WILL AFFORD SOMEONE ELSE THE OPPORTUNITY TO USE YOUR CANCELED SLOT.
7. CANCELLATIONS CAN BE MADE ONLINE VIA YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL UP TO 4 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WITHOUT PENALTY.
8. FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 4 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE CALL ME DIRECTLY AT 470.333.8846. CANCELLATIONS INSIDE OF 4 HOURS WILL RESULT IN THW CLIENT HAVING TO REBOOK YOUR SERVICE. YOUR PAYMENT FOR THE CANCELLED SERVICE SERVES AS A CANCELLATION FEE, AS IN MOST CASES WE'RE UNABLE TO FILL YOUR SLOT LAST MINUTE. Last minute cancellations/ no shows negatively impact your barber's income for the day. They also don’t allow people that are really in need of a service an opportunity to plan accordingly to get in for a grooming experience. Thank you for your understanding!
9. Continual abuse of this appointment policy will revoke the opportunity to make an appointment in the future.
10. For appointments not inclusive of a shampoo treatment, your hair MUST be clean, free of all oil/grease and debris at the time of your service.
11. Services requested at the barbershop outside of normal business hours start at the price of $100. Mobile services are available at a starting price of $200 and increase based on service type and travel distance.
12. Prices are NON-NEGOTIABLE!
